Keep banging on that door. Adding “reality checks” whenever possible throughout the day really speeds the process up. I prefer to plug my nose: I can’t breathe, waking state; I can breathe, altered state. Got in the habit of doing that when I wake up or before sleep, as well as around meditation. Translates to dream recall/lucidity very well, not just good for lucid dreams or projection.
I can recall my dreams fairly well most of the time. And generally, there is usually a point in a dream where I notice something, like a clock where the numbers aren't numbers, and it makes me realize it's a dream. I just haven't gotten the knack of taking the reigns. But I'll get there. Practice makes perfect.
Very interesting insights. I haven't quite mastered the conscious dream, but I'm getting closer. Much closer lately. Thanks for sharing.
